I've used Romabio Masonry Flat in combination with their Microgrip Primer to paint our brick fireplace and have found it DIY friendly and been very satisfied with the result. We have started now with the exterior of our stucco and brick house. Marketplace Paints was, I believe, the only place online where the range of color tinting actually was available, and they ship out of state. Tom also was very helpful and responsive with my shipping questions.
