Meoded Quartz Primer

Description

Quartz Primer is a premium-quality, water-based, 100% acrylic, quick-drying textured primer. It is specially formulated to be the only primer used underneath all Meoded interior and exterior decorative plasters. Interior surfaces may require initial PVA type primer to seal new drywall before using Quartz Primer.  Universal or oil-based primer would be necessary first step if previously painted with oil-based products.
